Give yourself and your loved ones an experience beyond the unusual. This program is designed to relax and recharge your body and soul.
Day 1:
You will arrive at the Colombo Bandaranaike airport where we pick you up and take you to the Dalmanuta Healing Hotel. The hotel is located on the east shore of the Bentota River approximately 2 hours south from the airport. On arrival you will be welcomed on your own porch with a relaxing foot massage and delicious fresh fruit drink.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible allow yourself plenty of time to relax in the gardens, the jacuzzi, the pool or your private porch before and after all treatments. Every morning at 7:00 there is a yoga session on the riverbank.
When it is time for your meals you can enjoy them at the restaurant offering a spectacular view of the river, or in the privacy of your own Bungalow.
For lunch you will be served an excellent combination of the best traditional Sri Lankan vegetarian cuisine, with some fish and with a fruit platter to sum it up.
Your dinner will be a three course happening where our Chef Athula Kerthi and his staff will make their outmost to make your every evening an even more memorable and excellent experience then the evening before.

Day 2:
After a good healthy breakfast you have an appointment with your Doctor to plan your individual treatment program. After that the boat will be ready to take you for a trip up and down the river and passing through the impressive mangroves. When you get back your lunch will be ready and in the afternoon after you have had a rest it is time for you first massage treatment.
Day 3:
Breakfast, as always, with fruits and juice, coffee, tea, eggs, pancakes or maybe herbal soup - however you like it and maybe a little depending on the doctor's suggestions. After breakfast you will get a tour of the Herbal Garden and then a basic course of Ayurveda and its philosophy. After lunch and a well deserved rest it will be time for your treatments.
Day 4:
After yoga, breakfast and an hours rest your therapists will be ready for your daily treatment. After lunch the boat is ready to take you to the Bentota beach. We will stop at the famous beach monastery, untouched by the Tsunami, before you are let free to walk and explore or just simply enjoy the wonderful warm sand and beautiful ocean view. The boat will be waiting for you, ready to bring you back in time for dinner.

Day 5:
Today, after breakfast the car will be ready to take you for a trip to Galle , one of UNESCO's Worlds Heritage Places, you will have lunch on the way back and stop for a visit at a turtle rescue project. When you get back your therapists will be ready for your treatment.
Day 6:
After breakfast and a short rest it is time for your treatment. After lunch the car is ready for a visit to two nearby communities where you might find some interesting items that you would like to bring home with you. When we are done shopping it is time to visit the famous Brief Garden where we will have afternoon tea, sometimes in the presence of the present owner and landscape architect Doland de Silva.
Day 7:
This day depends on your flight schedule. For morning flights you will have an early breakfast and then it is time to leave. If you have an evening or night flight there might be time for a final massage before we leave for Colombo , where we will visit some of Sri Lanka 's most famous boutiques for some extra shopping, lunch at Barefoot and eventually dinner at the Gallery Cafe (these meals are not included in the price).
